It is the part ready to be seen.
A good photograph.
A clean answer.
An insecurity presented as charm.
Enough truth to invite interest.
The history comes later.
What was shown might still be honest.
It is only incomplete.
A stranger meets the version someone can already name.
Closeness reveals the parts that had no introduction.
Habits.
Contradictions.
Needs that become harder once they affect somebody else.
By then, attraction may have formed around the opening version.
New information can look like deception.
Sometimes it is.
Other times, somebody is meeting what had no place at the beginning.
Most relationships start with missing information.
Presentation can create attraction.
Trust risks it by letting the rest arrive.
