The spine of the server — where people actually arrive, get oriented, and feel the temperature of THE HOUSE OF ZAN. Think: foyer + living room + bulletin board. This is where the culture shows itself first: how we talk, how we listen, how we move.

These are the rules of THE HOUSE OF ZAN. By staying in this server, you agree to follow all of them. If anything feels unsafe or unclear, DM the Head of House or a mod.

These are here to keep the House and its members safe, functional, and worth being in. By staying, everyone is agreeing to all of this.

1. Scope & Platform Rules

  • This server exists inside Discord. All Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply here — to public channels, DMs, group chats, voice, and media sharing.
  • Nothing in this server overrides platform rules. If Discord says “no,” it’s no — even if someone here tries to frame it as “part of the lifestyle.”
  • The Head of House and mods enforce House rules, but cannot shield anyone from moderation, bans, or consequences imposed by Discord itself.

2. 18+ ONLY

  • This is an adults-only space.
  • If anyone is suspected to be under 18, staff may ask for age verification or remove them outright.
  • If you suspect someone is under 18, contact the Head of House or a mod privately with any relevant info (screenshots, messages, timestamps) so we can review, investigate, and remove them if needed. Do not confront them publicly — no dogpiles or witch-hunts.

3. Consent & DMs

  • No cold-approach DMs from server interactions without clear consent.
    • “Can I DM you about this?” → get a yes first, then DM.
  • No pressuring anyone for pics, calls, scenes, or relationships.
  • “No,” “not interested,” or silence are full answers. Do not push.

House leadership exception (safety & invitations): 

Head of House and moderators may DM members without prior ask in two situations only:

  • Safety / admin / community-care
    • Rule enforcement, check-ins, clarifications, conflict follow-up, or other situations where something may be unsafe or off.
    • They must say why they’re reaching out at the start of the DM.
  • Invitations, not ambushes
    • To invite someone into:
      • a mod conversation,
      • a House-candidate talk, or
      • an exploration of a potential dynamic/connection that has grown from their visible behavior in the server.
    • The first message must frame it clearly as an offer, not an expectation. Example:
      • “I’ve noticed how you show up in X/Y. If you ever want to talk about [mod/House/dynamic] possibilities, I’d be open to that. No pressure.”
    • “No,” “not right now,” or no reply ends it. No chasing, no sulking, no consequences for saying no.
    • Any romantic, sexual, or kink-heavy talk still follows the same consent standards as everyone else and only happens if both sides explicitly want it.

4. Off-Platform Contact & Privacy

  • If two people want to move a conversation off Discord (Signal, WhatsApp, Proton, email, etc.), that’s your choice — but it’s your responsibility. Once you leave the server, the Head of House and mods can’t protect you, mediate, or see what’s happening.
  • House leadership (Head of House / mods) may suggest moving deeper or more personal conversations — ongoing dynamics, explicit sexting, exchanging sensitive info — to an end-to-end encrypted platform for better privacy for everyone.
  • If you want more privacy, use platforms with end-to-end encryption and do your own risk assessment. Don’t share more identifying info than you’re comfortable losing.
  • Do not use “let’s move off Discord” as a way to escape consent rules, pressure someone, or trade illegal content. House expectations follow you: no coercion, no harassment, no exploiting “privacy” as cover.
  • If something concerning started in this server and then moved off-platform, you can still bring receipts to the Head of House or mods for review (screenshots, timestamps, context). We can’t police the whole internet, but we can decide who’s welcome here.

5. Respect, Not Agreement

  • Disagreement is allowed; disrespect is not.
  • No name-calling, dogpiling, or harassment because someone’s taste, kink, or experience differs.
  • Attack ideas and patterns, not people. “This behavior is harmful because…” is allowed. “You’re trash” is not.

6. No Hate, No Harm

  • No racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or targeted slurs.
  • No glorifying self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or addiction.
    • You can talk about experiences; you cannot coach or encourage harm within this server.
  • No illegal content, no bestiality, no incest (including “step” cosplay), no non-consensual fantasies acted out as if they’re real within this server.

7. NSFW Stays in NSFW

  • Explicit talk goes in after-hours.
  • Thirst/selfie content goes in slut-sanctuary.
  • Promo + explicit previews go in creator-promo.
  • All other channels: kink-aware, but not porn feeds. If mods say “wrong room,” move it.

8. Privacy & Doxxing

  • No posting anyone’s real name, workplace, socials, or private info without consent.
  • No screenshotting server convos to drag people elsewhere.
  • No sharing DMs without the other person’s explicit permission (unless reporting harm to staff).
  • No AI “deepfakes,” face-swaps, or edited sexual content of any member or staff, even as a “joke.”
  • What’s shared here, stays here.

9. Off-Server Drama

  • The House is not a court for the entire internet.
  • Staff will act on:
    • behavior that happened in this server, or
    • behavior that clearly involved this server (e.g., someone uses the House to hunt or harass).
  • “I don’t like this person elsewhere” is not grounds for banning them here.
  • If there’s a serious concern connected to the House, bring screenshots / proof to the Head of House or mods privately.

10. Mods, House Council & Removals

  • THE HOUSE COUNCIL (Head of House + Council Members) has final say on:
    • warnings, mutes, kicks, bans, and channel access.
  • Members can be removed for:
    • breaking rules,
    • making the space unsafe,
    • or any other reason the House Council deems necessary to protect the House and its members.
  • This is not a public courtroom. Decisions won’t always be up for debate.

11. No Therapy / Medical Cosplay

  • People can talk about mental health, trauma, bodies, and medication as peers, not professionals.
  • No giving medical advice, no pretending to be a therapist, no “just stop taking your meds”.
  • “This is what helped me” ≠ “this will fix you.” Keep that line clear.
  • This server is not a replacement for crisis hotlines, medical care, or emergency services.

12. Self-Promo & Selling

  • All promo (OnlyFans, clip sites, paid pages, customs, etc.) lives in creator-promo only.
  • No sliding into DMs to sell unless someone explicitly invites it.
  • No MLMs, no crypto scams, no random business schemes.

13. Play Smart With Power

  • Doms, Masters, Tops: do not use this server as your personal hunting ground.
  • No “send applications” posts outside clearly labeled spaces, no collecting vulnerable people who come here to process.
  • If anyone reports that a member is using the House to groom, coerce, or abuse, staff will investigate and act.

14. Problems? Bring Receipts.

  • If there’s an issue, message the Head of House or a mod with:
    • what happened,
    • where (which channel / DM),
    • screenshots if possible.
  • No vague call-outs. No starting pile-ons in public channels.
  • Handling harm quietly and cleanly is safer for everyone.

15. Evolving House

  • These rules can change as the House grows.
  • Major updates will be posted in announcements.
  • Staying in the server means agreeing to the current version of the rules.
  • We’re all (mostly) human. Mods, appointed members, and even the Head of House will have off days, miss things, or misjudge a situation. What matters is that decisions are made in good faith, with the best available information, and with the well-being of the members and THE HOUSE at the center.

If anyone can’t or won’t follow this, you may be removed from THE HOUSE.

🔐 PRIVATE ROOM

This wing is where the House work actually happens behind the scenes — slow-burn conversations about fit, structure, standards, and long-term responsibility. Not general chat, not public spectacle. These rooms are intentionally small, invite-only spaces for people who are either being seriously considered for House roles or helping shape how the House functions over time.

Invite Only. For people seriously orbiting potential House roles (sub, little, slave, support) and wanting to explore fit, not fantasy. This isn’t a thirst pit or a live casting call; it’s where expectations, capacity, and compatibility get talked through in longform. Questions about what a role would actually mean, red-flag check-ins, “does this sound like me or am I cosplaying?”, and occasional prompts from Master Zan about what he’s actually building. High-intent, low-drama, consent-first.

Invite Only. Inner-circle space for House structure, decisions, and long-term planning — announcements, standards, experiments, and post-mortems on what’s working and what isn’t, including reviewing candidate applications. Think strategy room, not group chat: fewer messages, more signal. Visible so people can see the ethic and thought behind the House; gated so it never becomes a spectacle. Rankings: Head of House – Master Zan.
