VOICE ADVISORY: The speaking voice is provocative reconsideration questioning what age can and cannot reveal about compatibility. Contains themes of age-gap relationships between adults, attraction, maturity, power imbalance, assumptions, “Daddy Issues,” and sexual humor.

I hate when toilet water splashes up my asshole.

Anyway…

I would say, in some cases, that I favor age-gap relationships between an older person and a younger adult partner.

Adult being the operative word here.

You know, 18 or over, capable of informed consent, able to make their own decisions, and responsible for those decisions.

You can lower your pitchforks now.

Geez.

Maybe I don’t prefer younger.

Maybe I prefer less finished.

This used to be socially acceptable.

For most of my life, Pluto was a planet.

It was the ninth planet when I was in school.

Then one day, the people with the power to decide such things said:

Nope.

Suddenly, it wasn’t.

Pluto hadn’t gone anywhere.

The definition changed around it.

Dwarf planet.

Or, if Tim Conway had been part of the committee, maybe just a Dorf planet.

Isn’t it great to be told something is settled, only to have the definition change on you with no recourse?

I mean, with the progressive advancements of information and communication, I don’t believe the majority of younger adults are as easily cornered as those of previous generations once were.

They have more access to information, more language for what’s happening to them, and more ways to call bullshit.

Which, yes, you are free to do with the logic being presented here.

People don’t develop at the same speed.

Someone younger can know exactly what they want while someone older can still have no fucking idea.

Age doesn’t automatically tell you which person is more prepared for what happens between them.

I believe there is “scientifical” proof, legitimate reasoning and justification for some age-gap relationships that are not purely based around sexual gratification for the participants.

Age can tell me how many trips someone has made around the sun.

It can change the odds without deciding the outcome.

It can’t tell me what the hell they learned on any of them.

None of this makes age-gap dynamics automatically safe.

If you can’t hold that power without abusing it or being swallowed by it, don’t touch it.

Or, to avoid digging a bigger hole than I’m prepared to fall into, we could just call it “Daddy Issues” and move on as if someone’s attraction to an older person must be a defect in their upbringing.

If you or someone you know is experiencing “Daddy Issues”, please contact the person of this profile at your earliest convenience.

Seriously, only YOU can prevent feelings of fatherly abuse, neglect and/or abandonment.

So, if you are looking for someone older, feel free to reach out and we can fucker-it out together.

Companion Track: “Never Say Never” — that dog.
