Or at least, people often behave as though they are.
There is clearly a disadvantage when everyone starts keeping score in inches.
So what does a man offer when showing up isn’t enough?
Presentation?
Confidence?
Experience?
Commitment?
Getting noticed is one thing.
Being worth choosing is another.
What gets someone noticed may have very little to do with what makes them worth knowing.
What I expect someone else to bring should match what I’m prepared to offer.
I value Experience and Commitment most.
The feathers may get you noticed.
